Where discussions of Spirituality are concerned there are many schools of thought.  There are many paths with different names by which they are recognized.  Some travel a path called religion and others a path they call metaphysics -and there are hundreds more.  Some have distinctions and others do not. 

The paths lead each traveler to the doorstep of understanding their reason for existence.  Passing through the doorway is simply knowing the greatest of that which is unknown. The paths do not determine the doorway.  It is the doorway to Truth, which transcends all man made paths,ways and systems.

At some point one must recognize that discussions are not enough to make a leap into the great unknown.  While it is exciting and entertaining to ponder and explore existing knowledge, it can bring one no closer to the door.  True Understanding must always come newly from within. 

The pages here are a moving outline of work for the purpose of inner development toward True Understanding.  Moving in the sense that new work and ideas for work will continually be added.  The aim is to push one further into the work of learning by way of oneself.  Self-knowledge is the key to clearing the way.

To gain anything from within, it is imperative to remove all that blocks the way to true seeing.  You will see that there is an emphasis on clearing away Ego, the very entity that blocks all true knowledge from being realized. 

The Ego is the source of all obstacles in they way of any path.  It is powerful and it is persistent.  It needs to be seen as it is, with no room for empathy or judgment.  You may find some of the work, although simple, to be very difficult to carry out.  It is all geared to bring forth your Ego that you can see it in order to drop it.

You will find the Essays at times to be very direct.  They are written as well to bring out the Ego with very challenging notions about your nature as it stands.  Be quite aware while reading them of how your Ego objects the points to which it most relates.  Not designed merely to extract Ego, at some point you will see that they are also extremely compassionate.
